Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned items, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or paypal account.

If you don't receive your order, we will resend it or you can request a full refund.

Please remember it can take 3~5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Usually refunds will be done within 7 working days, if you do not receive your refund within this time please contact us!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is confirmed that it is damaged, we will send you a replacement.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Cancellation Policy


  • Orders can be cancelled until it's shipped. To start a cancellation, you can contact us.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. and it will be treated as returns.
  • Payment amount will be return in 3 working days if cancel success
